I’m not sure if I should do a review or a featured item here for Bouillon Bilk. Maybe I’ll do both. But here is a dessert that is a must try! Just to tell you before-hand : I dislike grapefruit. I don’t like the sourness and bitterness. If I had to eat one I’ll probably drown it with sugar. While I was a Bouillon Bilk, I just had to try a dessert. My eyes caught glimpse of this dessert how could I say no.
Grapefruit jelly, champagne granité, white chocolate ice cream with grapefruit supreme : 9$

Grapefruits can be good in ceviche……… They have one at fou d’ici with seafood (shrimp, scallop), corn, tomato salsa, coriander and sesame oil which is really good.
The grapefruit made it refreshing to the taste!
